O contrato, que foi assinado digitalmente, também inclui uma parceria que vai aumentar a distribuição de um dos principais produtos da empresa, o DINAMO Pocket – o primeiro dispositivo portátil do mercado para guarda segura e gerenciamento de múltiplos certificados digitais.
A DINAMO Networks disponibilizou três cotas de investimento (cada uma representando 10% da companhia), com o objetivo de gerar às Autoridades Certificadoras (AC’s) uma oportunidade de ampliarem o portfólio de produtos por meio do dispositivo móvel aumentando assim a presença no mercado nacional. De acordo com Vinícius Sousa, CEO da Soluti, o Dinamo Pocket é um negócio promissor. “O Dinamo Pocket é um produto com grande apelo comercial e será distribuído em mais de mil pontos de venda da Soluti situados nas principais cidades do país. Ainda, irá incrementar nosso catálogo de soluções tanto pelo aspecto inovador quanto tecnológico que oferece”, explica o executivo.
Segundo Marco Zanini, CEO da DINAMO Networks, hoje o Brasil conta com mais de 10 milhões de certificados digitais válidos e para atender a demanda foi preciso buscar distribuidores com alta credibilidade, capilaridade nacional e conhecimento do mercado de certificação digital. “Desde o ano passado, buscamos firmar parcerias estratégicas para aumentar nosso market share.
