No dia 25 de janeiro, quinta-feira, das 10h às 18h, o Museu da Casa Brasileira (MCB), instituição da Secretaria de Cultura do Estado de São Paulo, terá uma programação especial em comemoração ao aniversário da cidade de São Paulo.
Para os amantes da história da metrópole, conhecida como ‘terra da garoa’, a exposição ‘A Casa e a Cidade – Coleção Crespi Prado’ é um verdadeiro passeio para compreender as transformações urbanas da cidade na primeira metade do século 20, já que moradores originais da casa que hoje abriga o museu, o casal Renata Crespi e Fábio Prado, foram protagonistas nas mudanças históricas, culturais e urbanísticas de São Paulo.
Quem quiser sentir o clima praiano no meio da avenida Faria Lima, poderá participar da oficina Casa na Praia do Educativo do Museu. Das 14h30 às 16h30, os inscritos poderão se divertir com atividades como frescobol, peteca, frisbee, esguicho, banho de sol e esculturas de areia ao som de Tom Jobim, uma homenagem ao compositor, que também comemoraria mais um ano de vida no dia 25 de janeiro.
A Orquestra Instituto GPA também fará parte da programação especial de aniversário de São Paulo com um concerto no terraço do Museu, às 11h. O show será um passeio pela música nacional e internacional.
Para fechar o feriado no MCB, vale aproveitar a visita para conhecer a exposição ‘Desenhando a cidade: Neco Stickel’. A mostra conta com desenhos feitos à mão com lápis de cor e apresenta edifícios que são a face de São Paulo.
